Title: Black Commerce in 1860
The $7 billion capital investments in Black slaves in 1860 exceeded all other business investments in the North, South, and the federal budget combined
Dr. Claud Anderson, Black Labor - White Wealth
Let's not be the "Free Market" in 2000. Make something or do something and sell it to someone. Teach your children the importance of "making" jobs over "taking" jobs. All of us had a job in 1860; it was full employment for Black people, until Lincoln fired us. Don't fall for that again. We must take ownership of resources in this country.
